Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order is booked with a carrier they will give us an expected delivery date. Any delays are outside of our control once the carrier has collected your parcel. We aim to follow up the carrier if this parcel is not delivered after 3 days after the expected date. Please contact us if you believe your parcel is delayed.
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer £6.99 (excl. VAT) flat rate shipping to most customers in the UK. Most orders will be dispatched with 1-3 days delivery when possible.
We offer free delivery on orders over £250.00 (excl. VAT).
Europe Shipping
We offer £9.99 (excl. VAT) flat rate shipping to most customer in Europe. Most orders will be dispatched with 2-5 days delivery when possible.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Intelligent Fixings Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please enter your country at checkout to see if we ship to you.
We offer a £24.99 flat shipping rate to most international countries. The delivery time will vary depending on the country, please contact us for an up to date delivery time: sales@intelligentfixings.com

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@intelligentfixings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some delivery companies will not deliver to P.O. boxes, when possible please provide an alternate address or contact us to see if we can deliver to your P.O. box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns are accepted if the item is in the same condition you received it. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@intelligentfixings.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
